She & HER · The Powder Room
A She & HER Series · Vol. 01

The Powder
Room.

An intimate, rotating room of sapphic women fixing each other's lipstick — and telling each other the truth.

The Premise

There has always been a powder room.

The place women slip into to reset the mascara, hand off the tampon, deliver the verdict on the date, talk shit, talk truth, talk soft. It is the oldest off-the-record conversation in the world.

The Powder Room is a She & HER series that brings that conversation onto a beautifully styled set, between sapphic women who actually know each other, or are about to.

"We are women.
We are sapphic.
The end." — The thesis, in one breath
Section 01 · Compose the Room

Five women. Different ones every time.

Every Powder Room is curated to look like a real friend group — because it is one, or becomes one. Tap a seat to see who else might be in the room tonight.

The room rotates. The tonality does not.
Section 02 · Choose a Theme

Every episode runs on a single styling thesis.

The theme produces the lookbook, the conversation, and the brand pairing. Tap a thesis to see it.

Section 03 · Operating Principles

How the room behaves.

i.

Intimacy first

The room never grows past what fits a real conversation. If the camera changes how someone speaks, the camera leaves.

ii.

Curation, not casting

We're not balancing a panel. We are inviting friends, and friends-of-friends, who would actually have this conversation on a Tuesday.

iii.

Lineage held

Sapphic conversation is ancestral, not new. The Powder Room is a venue for a practice that pre-dates us — we tend it, we do not invent it.

iv.

Style is a love language

The lookbook is not decoration. It is how the room remembers itself, and how brands earn an invitation in.

v.

The room decides

What stays in the room stays in the room. What leaves the room leaves on its own terms.

vi.

Soft is structural

Warmth is not a register, it's the architecture. Every choice — light, food, music, pacing — is made for the women in the room first.

Section 04 · How brands enter

Brands don't host. Brands are invited.

Every themed episode has a natural brand fit. The episode comes first; the partnership wraps around it.

Step 01

The Theme

All denim. All gold. Bare face. All white.

Step 02

The Lookbook

Editorial stills, video cuts, the room remembered.

Step 03

The Brand

Wraps around the theme. Never on the women.

Three integration tiers — Featured, Title, Series — let brands enter at the depth that fits them.

Two doors into the room

You don't audition. You sign up.

The Powder Room keeps a living inventory of sapphic women who want to be invited in. You won't be on every episode. You may be on the next one.
